Capture confidence and a concrete intention to apply the learning.
Ask about real application over a clear period of time.

Look at confidence, application and barriers separately. Use filters to explore differences between groups, then build a report with the questions and data behind the findings.
Explore dashboard filters →Show the response count at each stage and whether the same people were matched. Different groups of respondents do not establish individual improvement, and survey results alone do not prove training caused a change.
A post-session rating describes the experience of the people who answered. A later application question asks whether participants used the learning at work. Neither alone establishes the effect of a training program. Define the intended measure in an analysis plan and report the number eligible, invited and answering at each wave.
Use the pre, post and follow-up survey guide to plan the stages. When waves include different participants, label that difference; when answers are linked with permission, protect small matched groups. The small-group guide explains reporting risks.
